- The official Twitter account of the “Absher” platform responded, “To activate through self-service devices, yes, the procedure requires entering a fingerprint for activation. As for activation through banks or registration and activation through personnel in civil affairs or Jawazat, the activation does not require entering a fingerprint.”
- The number of Absher platform authenticated users has exceeded 18 million, with more than 200 services provided to facilitate the transactions for the Saudi citizens and resident expatriates.
